Peggy Addo is the Managing Partner of ELC. She is a Barrister
and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and trained in
England & Wales.
She has significant expertise in Employment Law, Commercial Law,
Family Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. An HR
Practitioner with extensive experience in Arbitrator/ Mediation.
Over 25 years’ experience in restructuring and organizational
re-engineering. Highly skilled and known for proven leadership
qualities, exceptional organizational ability, resourcefulness,
and innovation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts, History Major, (B.A.) from
University of Ghana Legon, A Master of Arts in Human Resources

Mr. George Amoako-Adjei

His professional experience include setting up economics, pricing models and commercial structures to support commercialization of Jubilee Gas. He also played a major role in the commercialization of WAPCo Transnational Pipeline that runs from Lagos Beach to Volta River Authority (VRA) power enclave in Aboadze (Takoradi.) He led successful commercial agreement negotiations with major International Oil Companies such as Tullow Oil and ENI Ghana for gas supplies to VRA and Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
Mr. Amoako-Adjei received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Investments from the University of Edinburgh Business School, Scotland United Kingdom(UK) and graduated in Statistics/Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He worked with SG SSB/Social Security Bank Ghana Ltd, London Borough of Lambeth/City Challenge Company Ltd in the UK as Economic Development Manager.
Mr Amoako-Adjei is now on retirement having worked in banking, power and gas sectors at senior corporate level for over 35 years. Currently, he lectures the post graduate students in Oil & Gas Law as a guest lecturer in the principles of Gas Commercialization and Policy at the University of Ghana Law School. Mr Amoako-Adjei is the Managing Director of Suntrust Energy Economics Ghana Ltd, an Energy Sector Consultancy Company.
Lily Naadu Mensah

Lily specialises in branding and covers a full range of marketing and business development campaigns on behalf of clients in multiple sectors. With a career spanning over 30 years across Africa, Europe and USA, she works with organisations on improving their brands. Lily is the author of the personal branding book, Work Your QUIRKs and was the Marketing and Press Relations officer (PRO) of Ghana’s first coffee table book, Ghana: A Portrait, with a forward by Kofi Annan. She’s had long stints working for international organisations such as HSBC, Warner Bros., Lloyds of London & Arthur Andersen. She has also served on diverse projects with Lord Soley of Hammersmith and Baroness Howells of St Davids. She is a trained mentor for young adults, an associate member of the Chartered Management Institute and the founder of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, Lyncs Media Ltd where her job is always to make your Brand sparkle!
